Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse at 395 US-180, Seminole, TX 79360. We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or PO boxes, please contact us for a quote.
Processing time
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm Central Time on a business day ship the next business day. Orders paid after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a U.S. federal holiday are processed on the next business day and ship the business day after that. We only accept orders for items in stock at our U.S. warehouse.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Carriers
We ship with UPS and FedEx. Very large or heavy items may require freight shipping; our team will contact you to coordinate delivery.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code and the weight of your order.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 5 days of receiving your package and include photos of the box, the shipping label and the product.
