If your business is exempt from Texas sales tax (for example, you buy for resale, or you have an agricultural or timber exemption), send us your certificate here. Our team verifies it with the Texas Comptroller, usually within one business day. Once it is verified, purchases made with your account will not include sales tax.

• We accept the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339), the Texas Agricultural and Timber Exemption (Ag/Timber number), and resale or exemption certificates from other states.
